by this storm. Many cities and towns are making arrangements to fly
people in to their towns, but don't know what to do with them after
that. This Web site might help the government officials move people
from airports and shelters in to individuals' homes, where they can
really rest, digest what they've been through, and start to rebuild
their lives.
