I am a single mom that lives in Wisconsin and try to make ends meet. I have two girls ages 7 and 8.  One day my ex- husband came home and told me he wanted a divorce... He was both verbally and physically abusive to me and still try the mind games on me... We have been divorce since 1997... 

Both of the girls are going through this stage where they feared that their dad will not return them.. he has made the threat to them that he would make it where the girls would live with him...  I work a 40 hour week as a cook in a nursing home... I pay on all the medical that he refuses to pay his share of them.  He can afford to buy a brand new car, buy a house and he makes close to triple what I make in a year ... I think in my mind I am doing everything possible to support them. 

He has tried everything in his power to tell the girls that I am horrible and they want to live with their dad... but in the same breath they don't want to hurt his feelings... I see now the mind games he is playing with the girls and don't think it is fair... and the sad thing is the courts can't do anything until they receive black and blue marks on them or they are sexually abused.. I just wish the courts could see the verbal abuse, the scares it leaves on little girls and even their moms...

I have to the idea that I am a good person, I can be loved and I do have people that care for me...
