Welcome to the "2007 Christmas Gifting Program" from SingleMom.com. Since 2003, we have sponsored the "Christmas Gifting Program" so that we can put a BIG smile on the faces of needy children in communities around the country this Christmas. We will do our best to make this Holiday season a special one for our Single Moms. It's our way to say we care and want to help make this Holiday Season a season to remember!

The more donations we receive at SingleMom.com, the larger the gifting fund becomes, making more gifting available to Single Moms & their families. SingleMom.com gifting will be limited to one award per applicant every 18 months.

About the "Christmas Gifting Program"

The purpose of our "Christmas Gifting Program" is to assist low-income Single Moms nationwide who are not able to provide gifts to their children because of resources being scarce this Christmas. You may qualify for one $30 Gift Card or E-Gift card from Amazon, Wal-mart, or Target per family. Then a Single Mom can use that gift card to purchase a Christmas gift for her child(ren).

Our goal for the "Christmas 2007 Gifting Program" is to help at least 50 Single Mom families nationwide! We know we will make it happen.

HOW TO APPLY?
Please share with us your amazing story via email. Please include your complete mailing address. The essay may contain at least 1/2 page of text formatted in a MS WORD document, text style Arial, and size 10. Send to contact@singlemom.com.

We're looking for amazing moms who have a need, but have inspirational or amazing stories to tell. Amazing moms maybe raising children while going to school and / or working at the same time. Hardships and challenges are important obstacles to overcome, so we urge you to share with us your story and send us a picture of you and your child. All emails submitted will be reviewed by the SingleMom.com Committee. The top 50 chosen Single Moms' stories will be selected.

Upon final approval, the Single Moms that were chosen for the "Christmas Gifting Program" will be notified by email. Winners must be able to provide proof of eligibility which may include, but is not limited to:

- personal identification with picture verification
- your mailing address and phone number
- proof of income verification or school registration verification
- and a picture of your child(ren) and you.

The DEADLINE to enter this program is November 30, 2007. We will send you an email if you have been chosen as one of the 50 winning recipients by DEC 5, 2007. Your choice of the Gift card/E-Gift card will be sent by email/ mail to you within 72 hours after all requirements have been met.

Once these criteria have been satisfied and send to us via email or fax; your choice of the Gift card/E-Gift card will be mail/email to you by DECEMBER 10, 2007.

Who is eligible?

1.	You must be a single mother with children under the age of 18 living in the household.
2.	U.S. legal resident
3.	Over the age of 18
4.	Must be currently working at least 10 hours per week or recently unemployed (3 months or longer) or have completed at least 1 semester/quarter of the required program at a post secondary school.

Income Requirements (Net income - Take home income)

Single Mother	1 Child	Monthly Income	$1,000.00 or Less
	2 Children	Monthly Income	$1,500.00 or Less
	3 Children	Monthly Income	$2,400.00 or Less
	4 Children or more	Monthly Income	$3,400.00 or Less
