If I received $50, I would use it towards a pair of shoes for one of my kids. Being a single mom, unemployed, and going through a divorce times are a little rough and jobs are hard to come by.
I am a single mom of 6 children ages 16,14,11,3, and 22 month old twins. I’m trying to come up with money to rent us a home so I would use the money to put towards that, or towards something my children may need first. I don’t like asking for help but could really use some right now. Thank you.
If I won the cash this month I would put the money towards some of my past due bills. I have a very limited income, and currently am behind on some of my important bills.
I gave birth to my son at the very young age of 14, and a freshman in high school. With the support of my mother I was able to graduate in June of 1997. The following year I started Nursing School. However, with all the responsibilities of being a single mother and some unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to complete school at that time. Now that my son is 18 and more independent, I am planning on returning to school in the fall of 2013 to complete my nursing degree. Therefore, I would use the money to help pay for some of the college related costs (i.e. books, transportation, etc.). I am grateful for any help that I can get to lessen the financial burden that comes with returning to school as an adult.
Singlemom.com is a wonderful website and I discovered it at a time when I need it the most. I’m a proud single mom to a wonderful 6 year old. Athough I feel fortunate to have a roof over my head, while others may not, I still need help. I currently work for a bank, which is about to be sold. I’m not sure if I will have a job and my child depends on me, and me only. If I was blessed to win this gift card it would be used for milk, eggs, bread, and apple juice for my son (he drinks a lot of apple juice). Thank you.
Hello there! If I were to win this money I would take my daughter whom is almost three and my nephew whom is going to be two soon to the zoo or somewhere fun. I nanny everyday because of the cost of daycare as I am sure we all know is insane! I would love a little extra money to take myself and the kids out for some fun since our lives are B.U.S.Y with school and work.
