- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 4 tsp chili powder
- 1 or 15-1/4 can or oz DEL MONTE® Whole Kernel Fiesta Corn, drained
- 12 taco shells, prepared as package directs Shredded Cheddar cheese
- Shredded lettuce
- In skillet, combine chicken and chili powder; heat 2 minutes. Stir in corn; heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired. Fill each taco shell with 1/3-cup filling. Top with remaining ingredients, as desired.
