It’s not a secret for already a long time that a healthy way of life becomes more popular and stylish. More and more people refuse from smoking, alcohol drinking and fast food. However, it is not the only side of health. Furthermore, it is said that health consists of 3 types: mental, physical one and well being. To understand how to be absolutely sound let’s see all the types in detail.
1. Physical health. Perhaps, this kind of health is considered to be the health as a whole. In fact, it requires the highest attention because the organism’s state is the basis of the life. That’s why there are several generally accepted standards to keep your body sound.
Firstly, the proverb goes “We are what we eat”. And it’s not without reason. All the negative consequences of harmful food can be reflected in our faces or bodies by means of rash or overweight. In order to avoid these problems we should eat more vegetables and fruits to consume vitamins and minerals. Moreover, fried or greasy food including fast food can hurt the stomach what leads to obesity. Due to healthy nutrition we do the major part or our routine matters.
Secondly, to talk about pernicious habits, the time of fashion on smoking is already the history. As a result, the best attribute of modern humans is no longer a cigarette but a book or other useful thing. It is not even worth attention to remind how harmful the smoking is. In comparison with smoking, alcohol will not lose its popularity in connection with a plenty of holidays. Most of people got used to spend holidays with alcohol. In spite of this, it’s not too bad if alcohol is in measure.
Next point concerns physical activity. Since the childhood every person knows that going in for sports and morning exercise keep body fit. However, the modern business people or youth do not completely find the time to do sport. To make things better, doctors assure that at least 15-20 minutes of exercises per day help to stay in form.
2. Mental health. As for mental health, it is impossible to spend a usual day without worrying. Being anxious is the typical state for a person during working process. Undoubtedly, all the stresses you face result your mental health. You become more irritable and nervous what negatively impacts your attitude to close people and life as a whole. To tell the truth, unfortunately, the process of being nervous is unstoppable, whereas it can be diluted with positive emotions and good mood. Listen to your favorite music, it is always the best remedy!
3. Well being. The last but not the least is personal well being. Likely, everyone dreams of self-realization, better life conditions and strong health of a family. These factors, to a certain extent, comprise other parts of health. In addition, well being can be achieved by how hard is your desire to live well and how much you are ready to do for it.
Taking everything into account, there is no exact solution how to be healthy in all senses. It’s everybody’s right to choose the rules and norms of his own. Take care!
