The Narcotics Section is one of four sections within the Bureau of Investigation within the Louisiana State Police (LSP). The mission of the Narcotics Section is to protect citizens of the state from the illicit manufacturing, distribution, selling, and use of drugs by enforcing all federal and state laws governing such activities.
The general public may report narcotic and/or drug violations by calling their State Police Narcotics local office or by calling the Narcotics Hotline (1-800-535-3344). For the various local office phone numbers, please review the information for the Narcotics Section on the LSP website.
